The program reaches its culmination with each participant creating and executing a local workshop.
All participants from various global regions gather for an initial and closing live video conference at the onset and conclusion of the 10-week program. Apart from these live sessions, participants have the flexibility to access the online platform and complete one weekly session at their own convenience, typically requiring 3-4 hours of commitment each week.
Participants navigate the training program at their own pace and are encouraged to interact with fellow participants through an online discussion forum. They also collaborate in a peer review process while formulating and organizing their respective workshops. Throughout the program, facilitators offer valuable support and guidance.
