Barasha Rani Das, a young conservationist from Assam, is dedicated to biodiversity conservation with a strong focus on engaging with communities. She has been actively working under the guidance of Dr. Purnima Devi Barman to conserve the endangered Greater Adjutant Stork (Hargila). Barasha advocates for conservation by collaborating community involvement and empowering youth to take part in conservation efforts. She has done masters in Social work and she wish to implement her subject to conservation by working with communities.
