Michele is Multimedia Communication Coordinator at the Rewilding Academy, where she combines her expertise in strategic marketing, digital technologies, and business development to support nature-based solutions. With a strong background in networking and partnership development, she focuses on innovative, people-positive strategies that drive conservation impact. She is also an experienced public speaker, mentor, and trainer, bringing decades of experience in both European and global markets to her role.

With over 30 years of experience in business development and policy negotiation, Michele has worked across diverse sectors, including conservation, agriculture, marine, and land management. In Cameroon, she collaborated with government ministers to implement sustainable business practices and build rural capacity through digital technologies. She played a key role in enforcing new hunting bans for critically endangered wildlife, working alongside tribal leaders and law enforcement agencies. Additionally, she has contributed to international efforts to combat wildlife trafficking, developing cutting-edge digital methodologies in collaboration with U.K. government agencies.

A passionate conservationist, Michele takes a holistic approach to her work, ensuring that both environmental and social considerations are at the heart of every initiative. She has served on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations and was part of a scientific team that developed a unique valuation system for nature-based carbon services, helping to bridge the biodiversity financing gap. Skilled in negotiation and ethical business practices, she remains committed to advancing conservation through strategic innovation and collaboration.
